Policies

Guest Appointments:

We ask that all appointments must be held with a credit card. Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment time to fill in a quick form and ensure that we can get you comfortable in your room in time to begin your treatment on time.

 

Cancellations:

We understand that unanticipated life events occur from time to time. In our desire to be fair and effective to all our guests, we ask that you understand the following:

We cannot accept cancellations or changes to appointments via email or via the website. We ask that you call the spa on 818.980.0772.

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice before you cancel your appointment for individual single appointments or there will be a charge. We ask for 72 hours notice to cancel individual multiple appointments to avoid a fee. If you cancel within four hours of your confirmed appointment, you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Please read your appointment email for further details.

 

No Shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged full price for their “missed” appointment. Please remember that there were other clients who would have liked the time slot you reserved.

 

Late arrivals:

Please anticipate bad traffic! If you do find yourself running late, please give us a call, just to let us know that you are on your way. If you arrive late, it may be that your treatment session has to be shortened in order to accomodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to accomodate you, but we ask that you understand you will still be charged for the full service. Please plan ahead and arrive safely and in time.

 

Cell Phones:

Out of courtesy to others, please switch your phone off in the Spa, or turn it to ‘silent’ mode. Thank you.

 

Walk ins:

We happily welcome walk-ins, but in order to guarantee an appointment, we suggest that you give us a quick call first so that we can confirm availibilty. Some days it is easier than others to get a walk in appointment, but it’s always worth a try as we will always do our best to accomodate you!

 

Payment:

We gladly accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and debit cards. We are also happy to accept LA Bliss Spa Gift certificates as well as SpaFinder gift cards. Please present your gift certificate or gift card in advance of your appointment and confirm your gift certificate at the time of booking. We do not take checks.

 

Age Requirement:

All guests 17 and under must bring parent with them for the starting time of their appointment. For more information please call.

 

Personal Belongings:

We are sorry, but we are not responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.
